| CLEANING FEE |
A cleaning fee of $80.00 will
be collected from guest for each visit of 7 days or less.
Additional services are available on request.

| SALES TAX |
The City of Mammoth imposes a
13% Transient Occupancy Tax which will be collected from
guest in addition to all other rates and fees. |

| RESERVATION DEPOSIT |
A non-refundable deposit of
50% of the total rental amount or $200.00 whichever is more, is required in order to
confirm a reservation. Full payment of the rental balance due is required at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
Reservations are not held until payment is received. |

| SECURITY DEPOSIT | The security deposit is 50% of the total rental amount or $250.00 whichever is less. You can pay it or you can pre-authorize your credit card. In either case, the security deposit must be arranged for at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If you pay the security deposit in advance, your security deposit - less any charges incurred - will be refunded within 14-days of checkout. If you pre-authorize your credit card, your credit card will not be charged unless there is a balance due upon your departure. | ||||

For your convenience, payment
can be made by credit card or check. Checks can be faxed to (800) 743-4188. Credit card payments can be made via a PayPal link in an e-mail we'll send you once we know the dates of your visit.
